With seven bedrooms across three levels, a private sauna and hot tub overlooking the trees, and a separate lower-level apartment, it's built for big groups who want room to spread out and space to come together. Sleeps up to 18, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. ★ MAIN FLOOR ★ Primary Suite (Bedroom #1): A relaxing retreat with a King-sized bed and a private en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom #2: A comfortable Queen-sized bed, with a full bathroom located just off the hall. Living Room: A spacious, light-filled space with sliding glass doors opening to a large terrace with a seating area, outdoor TV, and fireplace—the natural gathering spot for the whole group. Study: A quiet workspace with a desktop computer and sofa, offering direct access to the deck. Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked chef's kitchen with a dining area seating 8. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee—please request at least 24 hours in advance, subject to approval and availability. PETS: Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each) with a one-time $200 fee per pet, shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed before arrival, kept supervised, and not allowed to roam the neighborhood. Please keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay, charged separately after booking and needed to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and lets us resolve accidental damage quickly. PICKLEBALL COURT: Paddles and balls are provided. TRASH: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all garbage. DELIVERIES & FORGOTTEN ITEMS: We're unable to take responsibility for lost items or for packages delivered before or after your stay.
