Spend the day playing pickleball, exploring the mountains, or relaxing at home, then settle in for a hot tub soak, sauna session, movie night, BBQ, or an evening around the fire. Great kitchen, tons of entertainment space, and very cozy and comfortable sleeping arrangements. - John - Our extended family of 16 loved this house. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the large terrace, where outdoor seating, a TV, and fireplace make it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living. Study Need to check in with work or find a quieter corner of the house? The dedicated study includes a desktop computer, sofa, and direct deck access. Kitchen & Dining The main kitchen is set up for real group cooking, from quick breakfasts before heading out to full family dinners. Spacious countertops and modern appliances give multiple cooks room to prep and gather, while the nearby dining area seats 8. A laundry area on this level makes longer stays and post-adventure cleanups easier. SECOND LEVEL Bedroom #3 King bed with plenty of room to settle in and recharge. Bedroom #4 Two Queen beds make this room especially convenient for families, friends, or guests sharing a space. Bedroom #5 A comfortable Queen bedroom offering another quiet place to unwind. A full bathroom is conveniently located off the recreation room. LOWER LEVEL | PRIVATE APARTMENT The lower level functions as its own private apartment, giving part of the group more independence while still keeping everyone under one roof. It includes a full kitchen, living room, TV, second laundry area, and additional sleeping space, making it especially useful for extended families, multiple couples, or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. Bedroom #6 King bedroom with a private en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom #7 Comfortable Queen bedroom on the lower level. Bonus Sleeper-Sofa Room A flexible bonus room with a sleeper sofa for additional guests. An additional full bathroom is located in the hall. ENTERTAINMENT & WELLNESS There's plenty to do without leaving the property. Challenge the group on the private pickleball court, play ping pong, or head to the game room for arcade games, air hockey, foosball, and board games. For slower evenings, settle into the dedicated movie room, soak in the hot tub beneath the trees, or unwind in the private sauna. Guests who want to keep up with their routine can also make use of the indoor gym. OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE The forest setting gives the property a peaceful backdrop for both active days and slower evenings. Play pickleball, cook together on the BBQ, relax on the terrace, or gather around the fire pit as the evening cools off. The large terrace includes outdoor seating, a TV, and fireplace, giving the group another comfortable place to spend time together without being inside. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - please request at least 24 hours in advance, subject to approval and availability. PETS: Dogs only (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). The fee is $200 per dog. Disclose dogs before arrival, supervise them, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay, charged separately after booking and needed to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and lets us resolve accidental damage quickly. PICKLEBALL COURT: Paddles and balls are provided. TRASH: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all garbage. DELIVERIES & FORGOTTEN ITEMS: We're unable to take responsibility for lost items or for packages delivered before or after your stay.
