Provided: Full set of cookware, trays, glasses, and silverware. OUTDOOR OASIS Your private resort awaits with a wide range of activities. Heated pool and relaxing hot tub. BBQ grill for outdoor meals. Private tennis court and two pickleball courts. Putting green with a chipping area. Children's playground. Fire pit for evening conversations under the stars. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS With 6 bedrooms in the main house, everyone has their own space. We provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hangers, an iron, and extra pillows and blankets. Primary Suite: King bed, sleeper sofa, two full ensuite bathrooms. Jack & Jill Suite 1: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, sharing a full bathroom. Jack & Jill Suite 2: One king bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds, sharing a full bathroom. Lower-Level Bedroom: King bed with a full ensuite bathroom. Secondary Living Room: Sleeper sofa. An additional full bathroom is located on the main level. For our youngest guests, we also provide a Pack 'n Play and a high chair. BOOKING SCOPE This booking includes the six-bedroom main house, not the separate guest house. The guest house may be booked and occupied independently. Do not expect exclusive use of the entire estate.

AS SEEN ON STAYCATION: This estate was featured on an episode of Staycation - come experience the property for yourself and see what made it TV-worthy! SAFETY & SECURITY: For your security and to ensure compliance with local ordinances, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and non-recording noise decibel monitoring devices in common areas. These devices respect your privacy and do not record conversations. POOL DETAILS: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature. PETS: Dogs only (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). The fee is $200 per dog. Disclose dogs before arrival, supervise them, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. SPORTS EQUIPMENT: Guests must bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls for the tennis and pickleball courts. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please use the provided drawstring trash bags for all waste. Do not place loose trash items in the garage cans. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip changes or emergencies.
