THE ESTATE Five bedrooms in the main house and a separate one-bedroom casita give families space to gather and privacy to recharge. Your group has private access to the estate, indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and grounds. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1, main level: King bed, coffee station, wine bar, and mini-fridge. Bedroom 2, main level: King bed and sleeper sofa. Bedroom 3, main level: Queen bed. Bedroom 4, upstairs: Queen bed. Bedroom 5, upstairs: Queen bed. Bedroom 6, guest casita above the pool: King bed and sleeper sofa. BATHROOMS Seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom across the estate. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share the upstairs bathroom. There are also full bathrooms on the lower level and beside the indoor pool. YEAR-ROUND POOL & HOT TUB The heated indoor lap pool is open year-round and kept in the low 80s Fahrenheit. The adjacent hot tub offers a place to unwind after exploring Santa Fe. COOK, DINE & GATHER A stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, wine cooler, and cookware. The breakfast nook seats six, with four stools at the island. The formal dining table and outdoor deck table each seat 12. Multiple living areas, Smart TVs, fireplaces, a pool table, board games, exercise equipment, and a workspace with Wi-Fi give your group options throughout the day. OUTDOORS & FAMILY COMFORTS Enjoy the private pickleball court, fire pit, mountain views, and fenced backyard. A Pack 'n Play, high chair, and washer/dryer are provided.

OCCUPANCY Up to 10 guests age 6 and older, plus up to 6 children under 6. The additional sleeping capacity is for young children, not extra adults. HORSES NEXT DOOR The neighboring horse ranch is an independent business. Activities are not included in your stay, availability is not guaranteed, and any visit or riding activity is arranged and paid directly with the ranch. PETS Dogs only, maximum 2, up to 50 lbs each. The fee is $200 per dog. Disclose dogs before arrival, supervise them, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability and an additional fee. Ask at least 24 hours in advance. DAMAGE WAIVER A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay and charged separately after booking. ENTIRE GROUNDS Explore and enjoy the full three acres. HORSES NEXT DOOR A working horse ranch sits directly beside the estate, within walking distance. Guests have arranged riding lessons and time with the horses — consistently a highlight for children. Please note this is an independent business run by our neighbours, not by us. It isn't included in your stay, availability isn't guaranteed, and any riding or activities are arranged and paid directly with them. Driving offers easy access to downtown (about 10 minutes). 🚗 Rental cars are available at the Santa Fe airport (15–20 min away) or Albuquerque airport (1 hr away). 🚕 Uber and Lyft operate in the area, but availability may be limited at peak times or in more remote parts of town. 🚲 For shorter trips, bike rentals and scenic rides are a fun option during warmer months. 🚌 The Santa Fe Trails bus system serves the city but doesn’t extend to Tano Road—best used if you're heading downtown after parking nearby.
